Maybe a long delivery due to COVID-19 but more than 10 days for delivery when it was announced in 48h on the site.

A bit small and just a small hole for smoking, not practical to clean

The delivery cost me a lot. The delay was a bit long but special period. The navigation is pleasant but the keyword search could be enhanced for more ease. The choice is very good. However, there is a lack of more choices for pipe ashtrays. Thank you!

Pipe received with a scratch

I have several pipes of different models and the filters I received are for only one model, I would have preferred to have different models of filters.

I was disappointed! I ordered a pipe for a Christmas gift, but I felt like it had already been used (some marks). Moreover, I requested gift wrapping, but it was not done.

Disappointment with the delivery. I ordered on the 20th in the middle of the day with a 48h Collissimo delivery and I was delivered on the 27th. But otherwise, impeccable for the rest.

Globally satisfaied by the service, but they forgot to send me one item that was urgently awaited. When they resent me the missed product, it was to the wrong address, so I didn't receive it before me trip, despite my clear instructions.

The compliance of the shipment with the order poses no problem. Too bad the pipe was not sent with some filters; this attitude is anti-commercial

I had received a discount code by email. I indicated this in my order and the discount was not applied. After an exchange of emails, the site did not want to go back, claiming that the discount code had not been entered.

You can find a lot of things on the site, but no warranty explanation when encountering a problem...

The package arrived in Belgium 48 hours after the order but the Belgian post did not deliver it. They delivered me a message for me to come pick it up myself. Why not deliver the package when I was present???

It's a shame that the site does not recognize overseas addresses and therefore no shipping costs accordingly. Especially since Saint Claude in Guadeloupe is prone to confusion.

Very low quality pipe showing several dents and a wax that lasted only a few hours. My complaint to Pipe rit received a courteous but off-topic response, kind of bureaucratic. For me, it's over for this shop.

Bad, late delivery. Invoice amount debited before receipt of the order. They should make efforts for shipping costs beyond a certain amount.

Depuis que vous avez supprimé d'abord la langue française sur votre site au profit de l'anglais je ne suis pas satisfait!c'est à moi français de devoir traduire les descriptifs d'une entreprise française,alors que Google traduction est disponible pour le monde entier,c'est au étranger de faire la démarche de traduire notre belle et riche langue française et pas à nous français chez nous de nous voir imposer la langue anglaise et de traduire! Vendez la pipe rit et notre savoir faire aux américains tant que vous y êtes non!? Désolé d'être cru c'est la première fois mais la stop yen a marre ont est en France,les anglais etc eux ne font pas cela pour les autres pays et ce n'est pas l'anglais la langue la plus parler dans le monde avant l'anglais il y'a le chinois et l'espagnol J'était fier de vous et notre pipe rit française mais la et bien je trouve que vous abuser même si je comprend parfaitement que vous souhaiter toucher une clientèle internationale je comprend,mais au pris de sacrifié notre belle langue française la non,et je me permet de vous le dire car je suis un client quasi mensuel et français!
