Suggested improvements: a welcome card with my first order would have been a good approach in terms of hospitality. Regarding the pipe reamer I bought, it has a design flaw. Indeed, the spring that holds the three prongs is too weak, too loose. Consequently, it often detaches during use. It would be good for the supplier to take this flaw into account to correct it. I hesitate to return it because I don't know if this tool is guaranteed? Nevertheless, this does not detract from the quality of service of
