The pipe itself is perfect but the package arrived damaged and the gift wrap unusable. Had to redo a gift wrap but the label from your store could not be recovered. Too bad. But it's the fault of 'chronopost'!!
Good, but not enough foreign brands represented, and not enough choice in French brands: paradox, a Danish site offers much more choice for the CHACOM brand!

Lack of information on the sizes of pipe bowls.
Very good site, serious, ultra-fast service. However, nothing on tobacco! Given the large offer of pipe tobacco, I think some guidance is needed! What tobacco to start with, the great classics, the flavored ones, the novelties... I had to turn to other sites to make my choice, too bad.

After complaint a 2nd package of pipe cleaner has just arrived after the pipe itself.
I was not disappointed with my choice for the proposed price.
I have to return it because the color does not match the photo. In the photo, it is gray and in fact, it is dark brown.
The site does not update its availability quickly enough and reports out-of-stock products and others that are available which is regrettable. Besides that, many products are no longer available despite being marked as such when receiving the newsletter. No problem otherwise.
