I've purchased 2 pipes from La Pipe Rit and both orders came within 7 days! Fast delivery! Products are packaged nicely and securely. Instructions are given / a pipe magazine was given which is awesome (maybe have the magazines or other literature in English as well that would be nice) As a newcomer to pipe smoking I have to say that La Pipe Rit's website has all information I needed. Its also very nicely structured. Such an easy website to navigate through Also when I had a question or 2 and sent an email the team was very quick in getting back to me with assisting. Love their service, Love the quality of their Pipes. I live in Australia, and buying a pipe here is ridiculous. So, I went via the Internet to buy my husband a pipe of his liking. La La Pipe Rit were so quick with their replies and very helpful with their knowledge. Their Online pages were so well set out it was easy to find the right pipe. The pipe smokers' sect has a passionate guru in Saint Claude, trustworthy. I just bought the Laguiole pipe cleaner in briar: quality comes at a price... it is much more effective than the Czech junk and will probably last longer than my briars. Laguiole has not failed its reputation. The carbon bowl burns properly before narrowing the chamber.

The order is as expected. The items are always well packaged and protected. Everything is done to satisfy the customer.
