The classic pipe PC3, inexpensive, is very pleasant to smoke, the waxed briar cakes very well, it's a good smoker. However, it is chewed in several places and this appears quickly after a few smokes. Just a matter of aesthetics that does not spoil the quality of smoking but which, in my opinion, should have been specified in the presentation (invisible in the photos). That's why I take away 2 stars from this purchase.

Delivering a pipe with a hose that is not its own and does not fit is rather surprising. However, this mistake was taken into account and I received a hose that fits, although it is not the original hose.

The negative point is not in the product but in the disastrous delivery by Chronopost. However, and even if the site is not directly at fault, it remains that it was painful.

Shipping costs are way too high. And the site is not that readable. However, there is a nice range of products, especially for all tastes and prices!

TOO SMALL TOBACCO JOKE

Overall serious site, but some products sold leave something to be desired. Example: the last pipe purchased cracked during the breaking-in, after three smokes (and I am not a novice). On a previous purchase occasion, pipe (brand, and price) damaged at the filter holder level (internally). Manufacturing problem I imagine, but which should have been detected during quality control and in any case before shipping to the buyer, especially for a pipe of this price.

When I ordered online I was not informed of the service closure, I waited for delivery for more than a week while it was scheduled within 48 hours max.

I gave a MEDIUM rating because I had requested a gift wrap when ordering... it was not done, which is a significant oversight that I do not appreciate. The joke is made of soft leather and is very useful and nice to look at, the pipe is a nice brown and has a classic shape... maybe a bit small after all.

Very fast delivery and well packaged and presented but does not meet my need: a 4 mm diameter metal filter that fits into a metal cylinder in the black pipe, straight and classic pipe model medico purchased in Saint Claude

The site is not secure, no request for a code at the transaction validation. It needs to be modified. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

Could do better.

The wood of the 2 Jeantet pipes is delicate, the stem of one of them broke at the filter level while trying to clean the filter. However, these pipes are nice, light although long, and they handle the Amsterdamer or the Clan that I have been smoking for many years well.. Congratulations on the deliveries made on time.

Disappointed with the last pipe ordered (this is already the 5th of this type and the others had satisfied me).

Interesting site but quite confusing

I seasoned it according to the instructions provided with the pipe. After a few days of use, it burned and became unusable. As a result, the pipe and its price are in the trash. Thank you... I was expecting something more reliable at this price. Maybe you will make a gesture to replace it for me! One can dream that it costs less than a pipe.

Not very satisfied. Long-time customer. Error in a filter shipment, waiting for a call from you for a BEN 110 pipe that never came. Not completely satisfied with your services.
