The pipe smokers' sect has a passionate guru in Saint Claude, trustworthy. I just bought the Laguiole pipe cleaner in briar: quality comes at a price... it is much more effective than the Czech junk and will probably last longer than my briars. Laguiole has not failed its reputation. The carbon bowl burns properly before narrowing the chamber.

The order is as expected. The items are always well packaged and protected. Everything is done to satisfy the customer.

Manufacturing defect. After exchanging with customer service, it turns out that nothing will be done to replace the defective material, which apparently is not defective according to pipe rit, even though I sent a photo to support. A regular customer for 5 years, it's a shame.
