I had been searching for a particular tobacco jar for about two years and found it on the website. The price was right and the shipping was reasonably priced. I ordered one and was surprised how fast it arrived as it was shipped from France to the United States. Unfortunately the package arrived damaged. The box looked like someone sat on it in transit and the jar had cracks on two sides. I contacted the merchant and they immediately sent another one. The second one arrived just as fast and is in perfect condition. I highly recommend pipe shop Saint Claude for their products, price and customer service!
