In the two orders I made for about ten oils, the packages were poorly prepared. Both times I had at least 3 bottles crushed and damaged to the point that one couldn't stand up even though it was still sealed. Be more careful with the products you pack, transport cannot be responsible for this kind of damage.

The order processing is quick. The products are delicious. The only downside: the postal services that deliver to an address other than the one clearly indicated on the package. This forces you to cancel the order and start the operation again. Thanks to La Tourangelle's customer service for resending a package.
