The products are nothing to say. However, a huge box for 2 small boxes.... On the carrier's side.... The big box fit well in my mailbox, but living in a collective, the carrier opens all the boxes at the same time with a master key, which allows the big box to pass but once inside, when I just open my mailbox,..... well it doesn't pass anymore... so I had to 'crush' the box to get it out...15 minutes of effort to retrieve my merchandise. Conclusion, a smaller packaging would be better for the mailbox and for the environment. Best regards.

As a customer for a little while now, I ordered 16 bottles of oil for a total of 90 euros on February 23rd. As of today, March 9th, I have not received any package from you despite 3 calls and 2 emails. I thought a company like yours was concerned about satisfying its customers and especially retaining them.

I order items, my order is confirmed, I am billed, I am told it will be shipped... and only after that I am explained that one of the items no longer exists and that I will not receive it. I am still waiting for my refund though!

We have been searching for years for a tasty olive oil. So far, the only excellent oils have been from Greece and southern Spain, and we are delighted to discover your oil from different varieties. In our opinion, the so-called tasty oil lacks a bit of zest but remains very enjoyable; however, a more pronounced olive flavor would delight our delicate taste buds.

Hello, we were very disappointed when we wanted to order the toasted walnut oil in 500ml and it was no longer in stock in that packaging. There is still no information when looking at the details regarding this oil and this packaging. After the order, we do not know when the order is shipped and when it is delivered. I logged into the site and saw that the order was delivered, while it was delivered to the pickup point 2 days later...

Everything is okay, the olive oils, walnut oil, hazelnut oil, and sesame oil are very good. A downside regarding the packaging, with the caps, there is always oil that spills when straightening the bottle, unpleasant.
