There was a hiccup with the order, as the received items did not match those ordered (250 ml instead of 500 ml). Moreover, my shipment took a week to leave the company's warehouses (due to the current situation and the unavoidable COVID-19 and its consequences). However, after contacting customer service, a generous solution was found to correct the issue.

I am very satisfied with the products. The packaging is top-notch, nothing can break, the products are very well protected. Delivery may be a bit long, as for customer service, I was not contacted, no message, tracking is not easy. But I am satisfied overall, I trust this site.

The products are very beautiful, the package arrived in perfect condition with the products well protected. However, I never received an email notifying me that my order had been shipped or when the package would be delivered. I was lucky to be home this morning. Disappointment about the packaging of the pack of 6 oils. They are simply placed in a plain brown box.
