The site is very easy to navigate and order, but I had several problems with the delivery, which was disappointing: - on the site, there's no indication of the delivery time, only that it's "fast", which doesn't help when you need a precise date. As a result, I received the order too late for the birthday I'd ordered (6 days after the order was placed). No worries about not being delivered the day after the order was placed, but an indication (delivery within 3 days, 5 to 6 days, a week, etc.) would be welcome - I had asked for delivery to a "point relai" for peace of mind and to avoid having to wait for a deliveryman downstairs. Except that I still had a home delivery. As I wasn't at home, I had to deal with a rather annoyed deliveryman (and rightly so) who called me several times, left messages and finally came and waited on my doorstep for nothing. A waste of everyone's time that could have been avoided.
Having said that, the delivery was correct and the product was in perfect condition when it arrived.
