I have a lot of osteoarthritis and had surgery for a herniated disc. I’m in a lot of pain, and right now my leg and knees are hurting badly. The left one has simple supraspinatus tendinitis, glenohumeral and acromioclavicular osteoarthritis, and cervical osteoarthritis. No surgery for the torn tendon. I
