Customer service is described as reliable and supportive, with clear ordering processes and appreciative comments about promotions, loyalty, and helpful staff.
Effective product for my Achilles tendon inflammation. You don't deliver to Portugal, where I live for six months of the year. What a shame. Will this be possible in the future?

It's great to have a French laboratory close to home. I'm taking off one star because of the limited range of products. I would have liked to find clay without the cooling effect.

Package delivered quickly. Four stars because the package was taped up a little hastily... I was even worried that part of the order had been stolen, but it hadn't :)

Pleasant product, but so far the effect hasn't been great. I've only been applying the AGYFLEX cream for 10 days.

I give it 4 stars because the product is expensive, but it is so effective against osteoarthritis pain. A good addition to my treatment. It's a shame it isn't covered by social security!
