Bought to replace the previous one that we broke, we are still very happy with it. However, it is regrettable that Lagrange refused to replace the basic waffle plate, forcing us to acquire a completely unusable duplicate (since we still have the originals) which we cannot resell or give away (since it is the one provided by default). In an ecological context of waste reduction and better resource use, this is really a shame.

Most waffle maker accessories, notably the plates, are just below €50, the price at which delivery is free.
Why not round up to €50 and benefit your customers with free shipping? We can understand the economic necessity, but €50 is already a significant amount, and you could, for example, cover 50% of the shipping costs instead of taking them entirely.

Quality of service is very, very average. Order placed on 26/12, shipped only on 3/01 while the product is in stock. So, I asked to change the delivery address before shipping, and I was told 2 days later that it was too late! The order had already been sent in the meantime.
