I find it a bit petty not to include the lid with the bowl. If I make 2 ice creams, 1 in each bowl, I can only close one bowl with a lid. It's a real shame...

Deplorable service. Received the wrong plates after 2 reminders from me for non-receipt of my order after more than 2 weeks. Apparently, the references for my machine are no longer available, but I am sent plates that are therefore wrong, not very fine. To finally be told: "but we did not have your machine references", while a photo of my machine's references was sent in my reminder email. So far, no solution has been found, meaning a refund.
