I just have a small reservation about the choice of products, with packages that I do not understand, like the entry-level waffle maker with heart-shaped plates, while I imagine that if we want the entry-level, we prefer to have standard plates. But it is surely a way to encourage buying additional accessories... I also do not understand the impossibility of choosing the color. For example, we have the Premium Waffle in champagne color with one plate, but if we want the blue one, then it necessarily comes with 3 plates!?! I do not like this logic at all.

We regret having to order the Super 2 Traditional waffle maker elsewhere due to the removal of this item from the French site. We would have preferred to order it directly. From a personal opinion, we find it a mistake to remove a healthier product (because it has no non-stick coating) from the French site while it is available elsewhere and is perfect for use, with no adherence to complain about. We had placed the waffle maker we wanted to buy in our cart well before its removal from the site and it would have been wise to send us an email before removing the item to inform us to place our order. Too bad, disappointed.
