Hello Regarding the order and the shipping I take away one star because I ordered the waffle maker on 28.12.2025 to receive it on 7.01.2026. No information on the site that it would not ship between December 28 and 2.01.2026. I had to call several times on January 5 to finally reach the person in charge of shipping. She had difficulty telling me that my waffle maker would be sent on the 5th, so the day of my call. I finally received it on January 7, 2026.
