Very nice product I was unlucky with two ordered devices one was broken and the other a bowl was damaged. Very good responsiveness from customer service but it would be good if the products were well checked before shipping and the packaging lacks protection.

I like buying LAGRANGE products because I find the quality is good which may explain why the prices are a bit higher than the competition. But it's hard to compare.
