Hello, I am very satisfied and the customer service is great. I ordered a waffle maker but during the holiday period, the pickup point was overwhelmed and the post office left the package far from my home for 3 days and I couldn't retrieve it. I sent a message to customer service via the online form, and I received a response the same day, with a reshipment to my home, and free of charge. That's exceptional. The waffle maker seems to be of good quality. Thank you.

Quality material!! You can buy with your eyes closed!!! I recommend ++++++ Only downside: It's a shame there aren't more options for other plates. Limited to croque monsieur, waffles, wafers, and heart-shaped wafers

What a surprise it was for me to return the yogurt maker and see that it was made in China. I had made a selection of made in France products, and for me, Lagrange, with its French flag on the logo, had local production. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

Everything went very well, deadlines respected, products of excellent quality. This reference was to complement a purchase from last year.

This is the 2nd time I order a Lagrange waffle maker. The 1st time model Super2, my waffle maker fell about 5cm, it completely broke at the handle, I really had a bitter taste because for the price I didn't think a small fall could put it in such a state. Considering it was my fault, I bought another waffle maker 2 years later. The 2nd waffle maker model Premium this time, I wanted to take what I considered to be the most qualitative. The package arrived and how to explain... The waffle maker was literally and almost a midnight game in 100 pieces inside. The package had obviously been mishandled but again, I don't understand how it could end up in such a state. I returned the product and got a refund. I will turn to another Belgian brand known for its robustness because at over 100€, we expect the product to be at least sturdy. Putting heavy cast iron plates on fragile plastic supports is really not wise especially at the price we pay.
