Accessible site and easy order

The plug I bought works but there was no manual, huge packaging for a simple plug that could have fit in a small bubble envelope and shipping costs as high as the price of the item! Anyway, happy but could do better

Disappointed, the prices offered on the brand's site are higher than those offered on other sites.

Well, no problems to report.

After 2 uses, the mixing bowl cracked. It had to be replaced.

What we are entitled to expect from a large company:
- quality of products
- respect for commitments
- respect for the customer

This is my 3rd purchase and I am very satisfied with the products from the French brand. The site is easy to navigate. However, I had to pay €5 for delivery for my item that cost €49.90, even though I had free delivery for purchases over €50. I would have appreciated a commercial gesture.

Very poorly designed site, impossible to register and create an account, I eventually managed to make a purchase but still no account, even the welcome discount was not applied despite calling customer service 3 times, not very flexible Lagrange, too bad!!!

Clear site, easy to find the product searched. Delivery conforms to the order, important point. For now, the device works well.

Hello, the site is good. I found my waffle maker that I couldn't find in stores. Thank you. However, it's a shame to pay shipping fees even for a pickup point.

The site itself is quite well done, easy navigation, complete site, product descriptions are quite detailed. I just have a small reservation about the choice of products, with packages that I do not understand, like the entry-level waffle maker with heart-shaped plates, while I imagine that if we want the entry-level, we prefer to have standard plates. But it is surely a way to encourage buying additional accessories... I also do not understand the impossibility of choosing the color. For example, we have the Premium Waffle in champagne color with one plate, but if we want the blue one, then it necessarily comes with 3 plates!?! I do not like this logic at all.

Delay in shipping due to the overload of orders during this holiday season

Product received scratched, as if already used. For the price and the brand image of Lagrange, I am very disappointed. Despite a message the evening of receipt of the package via the site form + an email to customer service 7 days later, no response. I would like to return this product and get a refund because I am not satisfied.

I have been using a waffle iron for years, waffles + croque monsieur! and I have never had any issues with this renowned brand

We regret having to order the Super 2 Traditional waffle maker elsewhere due to the removal of this item from the French site. We would have preferred to order it directly. From a personal opinion, we find it a mistake to remove a healthier product (because it has no non-stick coating) from the French site while it is available elsewhere and is perfect for use, with no adherence to complain about. We had placed the waffle maker we wanted to buy in our cart well before its removal from the site and it would have been wise to send us an email before removing the item to inform us to place our order. Too bad, disappointed.

I haven't tried the product yet because the Panini meat grill + waffle maker is missing. Customer service has been informed, but to this day I still haven't received the rest of the order. I hope to receive it as soon as possible.

It would have been nice to put the plates in boxes because it's not easy to store them afterwards, so if you have any empty boxes, I would be interested

Bought a cheese maker. The site clearly states that it's okay for plant-based milks. Zero information in the manual. Contact and... I'm waiting... and if it doesn't work, what do I do???

I didn't immediately find the spare part I needed to repair my waffle maker (snap-in socket) because it was mixed among waffle maker accessories on the site pages. I called customer service who quickly sent me the link to the correct page by email.

Good except they do not respect delivery times in August

Hello, here is feedback regarding my order of 6 pots of 425 g yogurt flavoring. To start, the product is too sweet. Each pot contains at least 92% sugar! For lemon, it goes up to 99%!!! Following the usage instructions: for half a liter of milk, you need 5 tablespoons of product to have a minimum taste, which represents 64 g of product, or 59 g of sugar: that's huge and way too much for my taste. So, in a 425g pot, 391 g represents sugar, which amounts to €9.58... Sugar is expensive at Lagrange... It's a shame for the sugar because the texture is top-notch. To really get flavor, you have to dose it to the maximum, and thus the sugar content increases. The taste sensation for vanilla and lemon is really very weak. For vanilla, simple organic vanilla sugar makes a difference in taste and appearance because the yogurt is not just white as you can see the vanilla grains. For strawberry, raspberry, peach, and caramel, it's acceptable. I will finish my pots and switch to other sugar-free flavors that the competition offers. Best regards.
