Quick and easy search

There is a space to ask questions when ordering, but no response is provided... so it's useless (it really doesn't seem serious). I will order on Amazon next time...

In perfect condition

I bought the refurbished pierrade. Very happy. Note that the raclette was missing and one of the plate's fixings is broken. But that doesn't affect the use!

too few technical characteristics

Super simple and quick for the order. And especially a very good packaging.

Delivery went very well but spare part too expensive....

One star because we cannot give less... This is our second purchase, Lagrange was synonymous with quality and durability for us, what a disappointment!!! Upon receiving our order (which was supposed to be a Christmas gift), we had the unpleasant surprise of discovering a raclette service in deplorable condition, one wonders if we were really sent a new device?! The packaging and protections were intact, so it is not a delivery problem. The cooking plate is scratched, the cooking stone is damaged in two places, small broken pieces of plastic floating at the bottom of the box, the heating plate is deformed and touches the plastic base (super dangerous!), all these defects must have been present before shipping... In short, unacceptable and disrespectful towards customers, especially given the price!! Of course, we sent an email to customer service as soon as we received the order to request a return and a refund, but we are still waiting for their response for 2 weeks... To date, still no solution!! This confirms the little consideration regarding customer satisfaction, in short, run away!

Another Lagrange utensil in my kitchen and it works wonderfully. A small downside is that the additional plates are relatively expensive, hence my rating of 4.

I ordered a seal and had to go through a package that was delivered to a relay point: in addition to the cost and the trip, the size of the package is absurd and it's a total waste, I don't understand this choice rather than sending this seal by mail.

Just after my purchase and after the first use, a chip appeared on the exterior coating of the waffle maker, I informed the brand via their website, my request went unanswered. New message on December 24, 2024, still no response, which justifies my rating.

Functional site

Satisfied, easy order and fast delivery

Well-designed device, top design. Small downside, the power cord could have been oriented towards the outside of the device.

The site could show more clarity in the offers and better organize them. I had to cancel an order to place another one afterwards. Customer service was not very involved during my call, but the necessary was done without obstacles.

Easy-to-access and use site, products easy to find, fast shipping. For delivery, the box was not suitable for the product, a bit damaged but the product was in another box inside, maybe it should be protected with bubble wrap or something else.

Navigation on the site, ordering and delivery were top-notch. However, I am very disappointed because I ordered a blue abyss waffle maker and it is all BLACK! Since it's a gift, I just noticed it. It's very disappointing.

Regarding the material: choice, accessories, price, and quality are impeccable. However, the delivery turned out to be chaotic, and customer service was completely off the mark. Either they didn't take the time to read my messages properly, or it's from a platform abroad where the responses are incongruous. Without this negative point regarding delivery/customer service, Lagrange deserves 5 stars. The waffle iron is of good quality, works very well, and the price (iron + 2 sets of plates) is very interesting, better than on other sales sites.

Excellent product. The previous one lasted over 20 years. It's the waffle maker plug that came loose.

No response to my complaint in customer service

Smooth site

This is the 2nd time I order a Lagrange waffle maker. The 1st time model Super2, my waffle maker fell about 5cm, it completely broke at the handle, I really had a bitter taste because for the price I didn't think a small fall could put it in such a state. Considering it was my fault, I bought another waffle maker 2 years later. The 2nd waffle maker model Premium this time, I wanted to take what I considered to be the most qualitative. The package arrived and how to explain... The waffle maker was literally and almost a midnight game in 100 pieces inside. The package had obviously been mishandled but again, I don't understand how it could end up in such a state. I returned the product and got a refund. I will turn to another Belgian brand known for its robustness because at over 100€, we expect the product to be at least sturdy. Putting heavy cast iron plates on fragile plastic supports is really not wise especially at the price we pay.

No issues with the service but a problem during the payment, hacked credit card. After entering my information, the page disappeared and reappeared. A few days later, the bank blocked a withdrawal from a bizarre company based in Portugal.
