Fast and compliant delivery.

Regarding the material: choice, accessories, price, and quality are impeccable. However, the delivery turned out to be chaotic, and customer service was completely off the mark. Either they didn't take the time to read my messages properly, or it's from a platform abroad where the responses are incongruous. Without this negative point regarding delivery/customer service, Lagrange deserves 5 stars. The waffle iron is of good quality, works very well, and the price (iron + 2 sets of plates) is very interesting, better than on other sales sites.

Excellent product. The previous one lasted over 20 years. It's the waffle maker plug that came loose.

No response to my complaint in customer service

Smooth site

This is the 2nd time I order a Lagrange waffle maker. The 1st time model Super2, my waffle maker fell about 5cm, it completely broke at the handle, I really had a bitter taste because for the price I didn't think a small fall could put it in such a state. Considering it was my fault, I bought another waffle maker 2 years later. The 2nd waffle maker model Premium this time, I wanted to take what I considered to be the most qualitative. The package arrived and how to explain... The waffle maker was literally and almost a midnight game in 100 pieces inside. The package had obviously been mishandled but again, I don't understand how it could end up in such a state. I returned the product and got a refund. I will turn to another Belgian brand known for its robustness because at over 100€, we expect the product to be at least sturdy. Putting heavy cast iron plates on fragile plastic supports is really not wise especially at the price we pay.

No issues with the service but a problem during the payment, hacked credit card. After entering my information, the page disappeared and reappeared. A few days later, the bank blocked a withdrawal from a bizarre company based in Portugal.

Very satisfied. The weight of the waffle maker is much lighter than the one I had 30 years ago.

The order was not simple, certainly due to the Black Friday period.. the site was not updating, product amounts were incorrect, and the phone reception for order service was lacking.

Delivery a bit long but as expected. The crepe maker is a wonder. Used for long hours even outside at a Christmas market. Impeccable results.

The product is good but the presentations on the sites are complex. It is difficult on the Lagrange site to know the color of the waffle maker. It is also difficult to choose the waffle and waffle model and the color. As a result, I wanted a gray model and received a beige-sand product. Hence my disappointment and dissatisfaction..

Delivery without problems. However, the winter garden raclette was more beautiful but the site did not specify if the top served as a hot plate. Too bad because in doubt I did not dare to choose this even more beautiful model!

Package received in poor condition with impacts on the box.
The product is not even protected in the box, it looks like refurbished!
I preferred to order directly from the brand's site for more security, but apparently it's not better...

No issues ordering, delivery within the indicated time. It's a shame there wasn't an effort for a discount for Black Friday

The only problem comes from Chronopost, which canceled the delivery more than once without any reason.

We are a bit disappointed with the pans sold as ceramic when they are painted white...

Package damaged and waffle maker box also punctured. Since the delivery is in a parcel locker, it is not possible to make an immediate complaint.

Order received quickly. It's a gift, so the item hasn't been unpacked.
