I have already ordered these products. I find them today more bland, and yet I proceeded with the same quantities of flavors as last time, which is one third of the jar, for 9 yogurts, and a total of 1.5L of milk.

A promotion, but on a model that is probably older as it is 1400W instead of 1500W. If you don't dive into the details of the technical specifications, you can get a bit tricked, which is what happened to me...

Hello Sir, Thank you for this feedback. You indeed ordered the Duo Crêpes® crepe maker (Ref. 109006), which is the old version of our current Tradi’® crepe maker (Ref. 109011). It is indeed reference 109006 that was subject to the promotion, and as indicated on its product sheet, it differs from the Tradi’® crepe maker by its design (dark wood instead of light) and by a slightly lower power (1400w compared to 1500w). I ordered a Grill' Pierre® Deluxe for Mother's Day. I received the product on time. Unfortunately, the stone, poorly protected in the package, arrived with broken corners. The product also had a cosmetic defect that should not have passed if it had been properly checked before shipping. Regrettable from a brand that boasts of producing in France. The after-sales service is also not up to par: no response to my complaint after three days. I had to follow up before I could return my product. My order is dated May 24, my complaint from May 29, and today is June 10 and I still do not have my order. Satisfying the customer is not Lagrange's priority.
