I ordered a Grill' Pierre® Deluxe for Mother's Day. I received the product on time. Unfortunately, the stone, poorly protected in the package, arrived with broken corners. The product also had a cosmetic defect that should not have passed if it had been properly checked before shipping. Regrettable from a brand that boasts of producing in France. The after-sales service is also not up to par: no response to my complaint after three days. I had to follow up before I could return my product. My order is dated May 24, my complaint from May 29, and today is June 10 and I still do not have my order. Satisfying the customer is not Lagrange's priority.

Hello, We are sorry to hear that your product was damaged during transport. We do our best to protect our products, but transport damage is always possible. We sincerely apologize for this incident. Our consumer service sent you a prepaid label to return your product on June 1. Once we receive it, we will proceed with its repair or exchange depending on the severity of the damage. Please note that we are a small business and our consumer service consists of only one person, which is why the processing time for requests can sometimes take several days. Nevertheless, customer satisfaction is at the center of our priorities and we do our best to find an adequate solution to each issue. The Lagrange team.
