The customer service is simply catastrophic and insulting. I received a defective machine for which I requested a replacement, and Lagrange simply sent me a machine whose stone was still dirty from previous owners, with protective film on the steel that fused with the base, making it impossible to remove, and exchanged the pots and power cable for cheap plastic copies from China. Who do they think they are fooling? Can customers be treated like this in 2023? This is a brand to avoid.

Deplorable service. Received the wrong plates after 2 reminders from me for non-receipt of my order after more than 2 weeks. Apparently, the references for my machine are no longer available, but I am sent plates that are therefore wrong, not very fine. To finally be told: "but we did not have your machine references", while a photo of my machine's references was sent in my reminder email. So far, no solution has been found, meaning a refund.
