TESTS carried out: 1) with whole UHT milk and Carrefour PERFECT YOGURTS ferment 2) with whole pasteurized milk Monoprix and reuse of previous yogurt ferment PERFECT YOGURTS 3) with whole UHT milk and ALSA Perfect white cheese ferment 4) with whole pasteurized milk Monoprix and whey + 2 tablespoons of RIANS 4 x PERFECT Curd 5) test tonight of SKIR with whole pasteurized milk Monoprix and small pot SKIR GABORIT without powdered milk. PERFECT SKIR. Conclusion everything works wonderfully and without complicating life.
