Hello, We were surprised that the price offered on the Lagrange site is much higher than the same product found in stores. Moreover, the site indicates free shipping while it charges a fee of €2??? Complaint made and response was unconvincing. I find it unfortunate that the manufacturer does not offer the same prices as its distributors. Too bad!

The prices displayed on our site outside of promotional periods are the prices we recommend to our distributors; however, we do not control their pricing policy and the offers they apply from time to time. Regarding shipping costs, delivery to a Colissimo relay point is free for purchases over €50, but home delivery is indeed charged €2, and the same applies for express Chronopost delivery to pickup points. Happy with my ice cream maker, which meets my expectations. However, I ordered a second bowl, which was delivered to me, but without a lid to close it. I find it a bit petty not to include the lid with the bowl. If I make 2 ice creams, 1 in each bowl, I can only close one bowl with a lid. It's a real shame...

Ergonomic site, secure purchase and clear and regular notifications to follow the steps of the transaction. However, the delivery service leaves much to be desired: not delivered to the chosen relay point but to a different location, on the opposite side of the city, while 50 other closer points were available.
