Hello Regarding the order and the shipping I take away one star because I ordered the waffle maker on 28.12.2025 to receive it on 7.01.2026. No information on the site that it would not ship between December 28 and 2.01.2026. I had to call several times on January 5 to finally reach the person in charge of shipping. She had difficulty telling me that my waffle maker would be sent on the 5th, so the day of my call. I finally received it on January 7, 2026. I tried them the same day and regarding the device nothing to say it is perfect. Perfect Belgian waffle and top croque monsieur.

Hello, after several exchanges and mishaps (package blocked by the carrier), I was able to receive the ordered product, thanks to the Lagrange sales team and their professionalism. Unfortunately, the lid of the pizza oven was slightly dented! We had to disassemble and straighten it. But it works perfectly.

The waffle maker was well packaged, in a box with polystyrene blocks. However, there was nothing between the plates of the waffle maker or the 2 additional plates to protect them from rubbing against each other during transport. Thus, there are scratches on some of the 3 sets of plates ordered. Could you tell me if you can proceed with an exchange of the damaged plates? Thank you.

The device is great but for waffles, on one side the cooking and shape are perfect but on the other side, the shape and cooking are not great. I followed exactly what was noted. I have not yet tested the product but I am sure it will be very good. I give it a 3 because I do not understand why the delivery company you work with did not deliver where I requested. I had to ask someone to drive me there. It was supposed to be delivered near my home, to a place I pass by twice a day. It really annoyed me.

Issue resolved in 1 week with customer service. Unfortunately, the item is out of stock.. New order made with another item of the same and promo code for discount and returned package received.. Still waiting for the refund of the first purchase..
