Everything went very well, I had to send a message to customer service for technical information, they were very responsive. It is great in size and for sandwiches it is awesome for XXL slices of bread. I had the old one that tilted. But it was 40 years old. I was happy to have discovered your latest Mini Maxi. However, in the package, I did not have the clamp that is photographed in the instruction manual.
