Since this is the third time this week I've been asked for feedback, I'm writing it to hopefully have some peace. The device was very well packaged, the box seems to be of excellent quality. The weight of the package suggests the high quality of the device. Since it is intended to be a Christmas gift, I have no opinion on the use of the device at this time. Hello, I am very satisfied and the customer service is great. I ordered a waffle maker but during the holiday period, the pickup point was overwhelmed and the post office left the package far from my home for 3 days and I couldn't retrieve it. I sent a message to customer service via the online form, and I received a response the same day, with a reshipment to my home, and free of charge. That's exceptional. The waffle maker seems to be of good quality. Thank you.

What a surprise it was for me to return the yogurt maker and see that it was made in China. I had made a selection of made in France products, and for me, Lagrange, with its French flag on the logo, had local production. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

The majority of our products are manufactured in France at our manufacturing workshop in Vourles (69).
