Shipping delays are too long...

Product returned at the beginning of August because delivered late. I informed them that I had purchased another more complete item from them in the meantime. Refund received on that day!!!! Shameful

Plancha "pro"
Not very well designed.
-no on/off switch; have to unplug it every time; if it's not very accessible, not easy
-Miniature operating light, not visible outside.
-Dangerous foot adjustment; if you try to position it a bit too high, the button with its screw comes out of its housing; a problem if the plancha is hot.
Conclusion: very good cooking, but needs improvement on the functional side.

Very fast delivery but not corresponding to the order, lit plate and not the non-stick plates, error on the site the price paid corresponds to the non-stick plates. Excellent relationship with customer service, immediate return voucher, return by postal package on July 24 or 25, well before the mentioned closure, no news since.

The choice of the rating comes from the fact that the presented product is ultimately not compliant. see review below.

Easy and clear navigation, but not very satisfied with the product, namely the plancha.

Upon delivery, the products were damaged upon unpacking. A bit complicated to reach customer service by phone. The return of the products went well, but upon receiving the new products, some accessories were missing and they were damaged. I contacted customer service again and they sent the product which I received in good condition. I had chosen the fast delivery option and all in all, it took 2 weeks to receive the products in good condition, so I am very disappointed.

Do not buy refurbished

Website bug at the order, the product was mistakenly ordered twice due to this bug attributable to Lagrange.

Effort needed on the packaging: large box, the two small filters packed loosely in huge bubble wrap. It's average.

Poorly designed site, difficult to find products.

Why 3 stars? Because beyond the product, the presentation and description lead to confusion. You need to add this, that, such plate or another.

I ordered raclette pans, mine being damaged. There is only one reference and I had to contact customer service for a size exchange.

It's a shame that delivery cannot be made to a pickup point, which increases costs and requires someone to stay at home for a day, as the delivery time is not known.

Improve packaging to avoid the arrival of dented boxes

On the site, it proposes 2 plates in the video but we only receive the large one, so I returned the item!

I don't remember the exact amount, but about a dozen euros for 2 glass jars and a lid plus shipping is still very expensive.

Bought a cheese maker. The site clearly states that it's okay for plant-based milks. Zero information in the manual. Contact and... I'm waiting... and if it doesn't work, what do I do???

Hello, here is feedback regarding my order of 6 pots of 425 g yogurt flavoring. To start, the product is too sweet. Each pot contains at least 92% sugar! For lemon, it goes up to 99%!!! Following the usage instructions: for half a liter of milk, you need 5 tablespoons of product to have a minimum taste, which represents 64 g of product, or 59 g of sugar: that's huge and way too much for my taste. So, in a 425g pot, 391 g represents sugar, which amounts to €9.58... Sugar is expensive at Lagrange... It's a shame for the sugar because the texture is top-notch. To really get flavor, you have to dose it to the maximum, and thus the sugar content increases. The taste sensation for vanilla and lemon is really very weak. For vanilla, simple organic vanilla sugar makes a difference in taste and appearance because the yogurt is not just white as you can see the vanilla grains. For strawberry, raspberry, peach, and caramel, it's acceptable. I will finish my pots and switch to other sugar-free flavors that the competition offers. Best regards.

I have already ordered these products. I find them today more bland, and yet I proceeded with the same quantities of flavors as last time, which is one third of the jar, for 9 yogurts, and a total of 1.5L of milk.

The post office had consolidated the package, even the box of the small jars was opened inside, but nothing is missing and nothing was broken fortunately.

When I ordered my Lagrange products, they were closed but they still charged my account. They could have waited for the site to reopen to charge and prepare the order and then send it. It's not normal, now I will be careful or I will look elsewhere.

The product matches the description and is functional. I would have liked and am still waiting for the cover of the device that has not been received!!! Thank you for taking the necessary steps!

Fast delivery but it's a shame that the glass yogurt pots I ordered for my yogurt maker are not sold with their lid... I checked, it's mentioned on the site but not clearly enough in my opinion.
