A small downside with the kettle, the plastic filter does not hold well, it is held by 2 small protrusions at the top but nothing at the bottom. So, when we tilt the coffee maker forward to pour, no problem, the water pushes the filter, but if we accidentally tilt it backward, the filter goes backward and can fall! You can see that it is not made in France unlike the waffle makers. It does not have the same impression of quality.

Regarding the water you observe, slight condensation can indeed occur during waffle cooking due to the steam released. However, if you notice a significant amount of water or continuous leaking, that is not normal.
