Raclette service arrived defective, one of the glass plate supports is broken, no piece in the packaging box, so the problem lies in the manufacturing or packaging line, so the quality control leaves much to be desired!
I am willing to buy made in France products, provided that manufacturing, safety, durability, etc. are up to standard, ....
So during the holidays, I who wanted to treat myself and my guests, it was a failure, I had to change the menu, very big disappointment.
I am waiting for the _08 January reopening of the LAGRANGE factory for the follow-up
