Very disappointed with the 2 raclette machines I just bought, the heating element heats very slowly or lacks power which leads to a long waiting time for the cheese to melt. My old one from 1992 heats better :(

Very disappointed with the services, item arrived damaged, not even a small apology from customer service, I was simply informed that the spatula rest which was shattered into pieces on the crepe maker upon opening the box will be sent to me hoping that this time there will be no issue. Replacement is one thing but I think at the very least, we should expect apologies in such cases, and not just hello what is your address?... This does not make me want to order again at all.

Reactivity to my request. Just a small downside..the site did not indicate its closure in August. I learned this through an email after my order. Fortunately, I was able to request an express delivery as soon as it reopened which I received quickly.
