I had the small part needed to connect the cable to my waffle maker which was broken. I was able to order it at a good price and with excellent customer service from Lagrange. I certainly wouldn't have been able to do this for a product made in Asia. The part and shipping cost me 10 euros and I was able to keep my waffle maker which is great.
