Great device but arrived with missing part

the ice cream maker is good, but too few recipes and quite unsuitable. no account on social networks to facilitate the handling of the machine. more visibility would be a good thing for customers

Received on time. The quality of the cover is however like the first one I bought, made of very thin fabric that wears out quickly. The first one is almost transparent after 4 years even though it has been stored away all winter.

The LAGRANGE product is impeccable, but the principle does not suit me: it is a very heavy, bulky device, and it does not make ice cream by itself. You then have to put it in the freezer. I wanted to make ice cream while camping, but that's not possible...

Claim made on the Lagrange site on 04/07/2026. I have been using and appreciating your products for flavoring the yogurts I make for several months now. Initially through Mathon, I have been ordering directly from your website since March 2025. With each purchase, I order 7 boxes, one of each flavor. My last order made on 01/07 has just been delivered to me. Out of the 6 boxes - 1 has a minimum shelf life date of 27/07/2027 (Lemon) - 1 on 29/08/2027 (Strawberry) - 3 on 28/10/2027 (Coconut, Raspberry, Vanilla) - 1 on 28/11/2027 (Exotic fruits). This leaves time to start using them. However, the last box (Salted butter caramel) has a date of 28/07/2026, which means only 24 days to be used under the best conditions. I still have a few opened boxes from the previous order, which I must prioritize using, meaning that the Salted butter caramel box cannot be used under optimal conditions. Therefore, I kindly request an exchange for this box. PS: Please note for your information that only the box in question is from the old packaging (metal box).

I have received both flavors, except that one of them was not in the same format (old caramel flavor pot and a shorter date, only 2 months, while the new pots are over 6 months).

The ordered plates do not fit my waffle maker. I am returning them. A return slip has been sent to me. Thank you

It's a shame that it's impossible to register the purchase online for a 3rd year of warranty (payment amount refused!!!)

The Plancha 50 is a beautiful and sturdy device. It was delivered in a sturdy package. The ordered rolling table was not well packaged, the box was damaged, and I had to straighten and touch up elements of the table. I should have actually returned the latter with the carrier. They were responsible for the damage. But I am very satisfied with Lagrange otherwise.

From the order to the delivery, everything went well. I did not give 5 stars because the company LAGRANDGE could have made an effort regarding the number of recipes provided with the booklet (2).

We used the device only once. The paint has already chipped a little on the edge of the device below the plates, but nothing serious.

The package is fragile and when there are delivery issues it arrives a bit dented. But the material inside is well packaged and fortunately intact.

Quality products. First disappointing experience. A week went by before the actual shipment of the order, while the day after placing the order, it was indicated as shipped, handed over to the carrier. A follow-up email was necessary before the package was actually handed over to the carrier.

Excellent but lacks a stop/start switch and power cable poorly positioned... should be oriented towards the back.

For the barbecue, we give it a 5-star rating; however, there was a small issue with the delivery because the location where the package was supposed to be delivered was unavailable and we were given a new address and a new deadline. But overall, we are satisfied.

Not easy to find a time slot with Chronopost. They are often not available and with the holidays it becomes the height!

Very happy with the brand, just disappointed by the size of the donuts... they are way too small, they are just for making savory donuts for the appetizer. I will try them sweet.

Hello, A small downside: a black part, at the back of the waffle maker, is broken. I was surprised to see the wires when I turned the waffle maker over. I found the small piece in the packaging and glued it back. PS: maybe I can expect a commercial gesture from you...

The vanilla flavor is good

During the order, I was given the choice between two delivery points for my package, but it was stated in the Colissimo email that the pickup was against signature and that the delivery point I had chosen was supposedly temporarily unavailable, Colissimo was looking for a new delivery point. This took longer than expected (normally according to Colissimo between 3 and 5 days) all that to end up in a post office after 12 days against signature.

satisfied with the purchase but I find the delivery pathetic. at a certain price. the delivery without a signature forces you to pick up the package at a relay point. and if you order a pizza oven... how to say, it's quite large to carry on foot in the city center... I find it shameful on the part of such a brand. In this case, offer the mondial relay or shop by chronopost relay points because at least, we can choose a relay point where we can park the car

The device meets my expectations. However, the cord is a bit short.

The site is clear and the order went smoothly for my yogurt maker and its accessories. However, the customer experience after the purchase leaves a bitter taste. Just a few days after my order, and while I hadn't even received my package yet, I received a newsletter offering a 50% discount on all accessories with the purchase of a device. I completely understand the principle of commercial follow-up, but receiving this promotion just after paying full price is particularly frustrating. It would be wise for the brand to review the algorithm of its newsletter to exclude customers who have recently completed a similar order. It's a shame, because this lack of targeting somewhat spoils the customer journey on an otherwise very serious and efficient online store.

The received material is perfect, however I did not receive my package at the relay point, colissimo delivered it to the post office, I could only pick it up at the opening of the post office, which was 3 days before I could retrieve it! Closed Saturday noon until Monday inclusive! Tuesday at 10 am I finally got it to make waffles!
