The plug I bought works but there was no manual, huge packaging for a simple plug that could have fit in a small bubble envelope and shipping costs as high as the price of the item! Anyway, happy but could do better

Great waffle maker. It's the only waffle maker with non-stick cast aluminum plates. The taste of the waffles is therefore unique and incomparable to the old ones.
It's really the top of the top of high-end waffle makers. I highly recommend this product.
