Quality products. First disappointing experience. A week went by before the actual shipment of the order, while the day after placing the order, it was indicated as shipped, handed over to the carrier. A follow-up email was necessary before the package was actually handed over to the carrier.

Yes, I did receive my order but I find it unacceptable that a company like LAGRANGE cannot provide spare parts within three months. This part is fragile, it's the second time I am changing it.

After 20 years and 3 repairs, my waffle/sandwich maker has definitely given up. I went back to the same model because I am very happy with this brand, already used by my mother and grandmother. A bit disappointed because I ultimately had to buy the whole set of plates, the basic waffle maker being a bit smaller now. Great site, very good quality product that lasts.
