Very nice product I was unlucky with two ordered devices one was broken and the other a bowl was damaged. Very good responsiveness from customer service but it would be good if the products were well checked before shipping and the packaging lacks protection.

Problem encountered with a product whose box was empty as well as a cardboard package (sending a replacement product) whose edge was completely torn and was reinforced by the post. Mechanical accident or malicious opening? Attention to logistics.

Fast shipping, but the box was open (???). Apparently, the tape used by the shipping service was not wide enough or there was a problem with the carrier. Everything arrived well, but this is quite disconcerting, a subject to check with Lagrange.

Very satisfied with the product but not with the packaging for delivery. The box was torn on one side and was reinforced by the post. Heavy devices need to be secured for shipping. Fortunately, the waffle maker was not damaged.

Ease of finding spare parts, delivery within the announced deadlines.
One complaint: the ordered seals could have fit in a small padded envelope, but they were shipped in a box that was far too large for the contents. That's why I only give 4 stars.
