I had ordered a Pro plancha model that was supposed to include a spatula and a special plancha recipe book, but I ordered and received a plancha that does not include this offer; a sticker was even stuck on the box that displayed the offer. Why did I not receive the offer in question? I don't know? I filed a complaint, and the response was that the reference of my plancha does not include the offer, yet when I placed my order, there were no other references!!? This will remain a mystery!

Purchase of plates for waffle maker, the one for churros does not satisfy us following the recipes, we will continue to search, so moderately satisfied with this purchase. Very good products.
I bought the premium waffle-croque-waffle maker at the end of the year especially for the waffles because my mom's first waffle maker from the 60s still works very well.
I wanted to complete it with other sets of plates.
A bit disappointed that the ongoing promotion lasted so little time. I hesitated between several and didn't have time to take advantage of it. So I limited myself to 2 sets.
