Navigation on the site was easy and met my expectations. I bought plates for my waffle maker; all the products sold are of very good quality, I recommend. I received my package 1 day early. However, the cardboard packaging for shipping clearly leaves something to be desired. No cardboard box but flaps of cardboard held together by some tape, and no bubble wrap or anything to cushion the boxes inside. Fortunately, the products were not damaged.
