Very satisfied with the product but not with the packaging for delivery. The box was torn on one side and was reinforced by the post. Heavy devices need to be secured for shipping. Fortunately, the waffle maker was not damaged.

Very happy with my purchase, the waffles are excellent, light and crispy (recipes provided with the waffle maker) and the different shape options with the additional plates are great.
