Too bad there is no response to emails for information requests

Very professional, as the stone arrived broken despite very careful packaging, but the replacement of the stone was very quick.

Good, no problems, fast delivery and in accordance with the order.

No worries about the site and navigation, except for the proposed recipes which, for some, have certainly never been tested by the authors!

difficult to find the product

I bought a yogurt maker lid, mine was broken for now it's fine but the last one I ordered was of poor quality it broke quickly to see in time

The obligation to communicate by email is not easy for elderly people like my in-laws, and that's a shame.

Easy and quick, the price of the spare part is reasonable. 4 out of 5 because I received the kettle filter in a medium-sized box that could have been packaged in an envelope to be more economical and ecological.

No problem with the site, easy to navigate. Small downside regarding the delivery by Colissimo, order stuck for several days on their site to be delivered late to another address.

The plug I bought works but there was no manual, huge packaging for a simple plug that could have fit in a small bubble envelope and shipping costs as high as the price of the item! Anyway, happy but could do better

This is my 3rd purchase and I am very satisfied with the products from the French brand. The site is easy to navigate. However, I had to pay €5 for delivery for my item that cost €49.90, even though I had free delivery for purchases over €50. I would have appreciated a commercial gesture.

Hello, the site is good. I found my waffle maker that I couldn't find in stores. Thank you. However, it's a shame to pay shipping fees even for a pickup point.

The site itself is quite well done, easy navigation, complete site, product descriptions are quite detailed. I just have a small reservation about the choice of products, with packages that I do not understand, like the entry-level waffle maker with heart-shaped plates, while I imagine that if we want the entry-level, we prefer to have standard plates. But it is surely a way to encourage buying additional accessories... I also do not understand the impossibility of choosing the color. For example, we have the Premium Waffle in champagne color with one plate, but if we want the blue one, then it necessarily comes with 3 plates!?! I do not like this logic at all.

I have been using a waffle iron for years, waffles + croque monsieur! and I have never had any issues with this renowned brand

We regret having to order the Super 2 Traditional waffle maker elsewhere due to the removal of this item from the French site. We would have preferred to order it directly. From a personal opinion, we find it a mistake to remove a healthier product (because it has no non-stick coating) from the French site while it is available elsewhere and is perfect for use, with no adherence to complain about. We had placed the waffle maker we wanted to buy in our cart well before its removal from the site and it would have been wise to send us an email before removing the item to inform us to place our order. Too bad, disappointed.

It would have been nice to put the plates in boxes because it's not easy to store them afterwards, so if you have any empty boxes, I would be interested
