Very good product except for the delivery which was too long. Delayed the first time then returned to the distribution site where I had to wait 5 days without news or tracking of the package. Too bad.

I ordered a transparency raclette for 8 people on the site. The device arrived well, but in the pictures, I had seen white pans, and I received black pans..... So I asked if it was possible to exchange the pans? (New device, not used)... Response: no. You have to return the device and order a new one with white pans!... So, I ordered 8 white pans, which I received well..... I think a commercial gesture would have been nice, especially since I was willing to pay a supplement if necessary.... A small downside with the kettle, the plastic filter does not hold well, it is held by 2 small protrusions at the top but nothing at the bottom. So, when we tilt the coffee maker forward to pour, no problem, the water pushes the filter, but if we accidentally tilt it backward, the filter goes backward and can fall! You can see that it is not made in France unlike the waffle makers. It does not have the same impression of quality.
