It's an excellent product, very high quality, however, the first order by delivery was a failure because the product was poorly protected, arrived all damaged, it had to be returned, then I had to reorder another one to pick up directly in the store. Unpleasant experience!

I ordered a transparency raclette for 8 people on the site. The device arrived well, but in the pictures, I had seen white pans, and I received black pans..... So I asked if it was possible to exchange the pans? (New device, not used)... Response: no. You have to return the device and order a new one with white pans!... So, I ordered 8 white pans, which I received well..... I think a commercial gesture would have been nice, especially since I was willing to pay a supplement if necessary.... Too bad, but I will remember it.

A small downside with the kettle, the plastic filter does not hold well, it is held by 2 small protrusions at the top but nothing at the bottom. So, when we tilt the coffee maker forward to pour, no problem, the water pushes the filter, but if we accidentally tilt it backward, the filter goes backward and can fall! You can see that it is not made in France unlike the waffle makers. It does not have the same impression of quality.

I ordered the wrong item and I can't find how to return it. I didn't choose the right model for the Lagrange waffle maker. But otherwise, it was very quick and I am very satisfied with the model for grill/panini but it was my mistake for the mini waffles.
