First very positive experience with the Pro 50 plancha from Lagrange. My order during the "French Days" on their site was delivered in 5 days, including the Plancha, the serving table, the lid, the accessories, and the dish, all covered by the cover. The Lagrange quality for this entire set is truly remarkable. After starting and seasoning as recommended in the manual, my son prepared us a delicious meal of slightly marinated seafood accompanied by carefully cut vegetables. He appreciated the use of the optional lid. Everyone, including the children, was very satisfied. After this training on the task, I think I can manage next time for a meat preparation why not.
