I am not an expert to know if the water is truly cleaned of all germs, pesticide traces or medications present in the water, but the result is stunning because the water no longer has the taste of chlorine, seems lighter and is very good. I do not regret my purchase, I hope the purifier lasts a long time as it is still an investment that could prove profitable over time as buying and transporting bottles is over. A good point for the environment as this object does not generate waste.
