I am sorry but I still have not received my ordered package now on 5/01. I want to say that Céline is taking very good care of me the problem is the carrier.
The product is very good but Chronopost sent the package to a distant depot! This is a point to watch as the package was heavy...

French idea for a very well-made Chinese production for the PURE model. However, the PREMIUM XL model is a disaster for the bamboo coating... It fractures at all points. Also, the water is not drinkable after the quarter-hour wait because it becomes lukewarm due to the heating of the LEDs. OTHERWISE... top-notch.
I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend it
The water tastes better after 15 minutes in the device, however the system seems fragile... I hope it will last at least 1 year given the price...

I like the LaVie system. However, I had to renew my device because the previous one (a LaVie Pure model purchased in 2020) no longer worked (a small button broken in the base). I did not find the lifespan very satisfactory. I hope this new model lasts longer.
I often recommend La Vie and friends have bought or gifted the standard product afterwards. The water is very good and the product is beautiful. I regret not being able to benefit from the free glasses on my last order, the offer was announced but I understood too late that I had to claim it and that it was not automatically included in the order.
