Fast delivery - Excellent packaging of glass bottles

Team very available to answer my questions before purchase. Product received quickly, compliant, and works. The water being of (very) good quality from the tap where I live, I made the purchase more 'as a precaution' and to get rid of any potential non-standard pollutants (medication residues, heavy metals..). I only feel a very slight difference in taste after treatment/purification, however the bottom of my kettle hardly scales anymore so the effectiveness seems proven.

Package received the next day, well packaged and well protected. Functioning ok.
