I managed without any problem to change the taste because at home the water has a rather pronounced chlorine taste. After half an hour the water is perfect to drink. "By eliminating chlorine, the LaVie water purifier removes traces of pesticides and medications" I hope this is indeed the case. In any case, some bottled water (Montroucous for example) and Brita filtered water make me sick and that is not the case with the purified tap water from LaVie. I bought the 0.5 L version with the offer of an extra bottle, I also repurchased a third bottle. I will certainly invest before summer in the 1 L version as I am so satisfied with my purchase.
