Very satisfied with my purchase. This is the 3rd carafe, I have given the other 2 as gifts to my children. The water is less hard and tastes better. It's great.

The use of the system is very simple and the result is obtained quickly compared to other methods: this is essential!

Expensive but very practical and useful

Thank you. Rediscovering the feeling of pure water is a real joy. However, a few small improvements on the fountain itself would be welcome. A graduation per liter for example, handling at the end of the volume is difficult, the cap of the lid is not very manageable. That's really all and it's little compared to the pleasure regained. Have a very nice day.

Everything has been said about the LAVIE system. But what about customer service? Our device broke down out of warranty. For a fee of 60€, the electronic card was changed, better protected, and the device was resent via Chronopost with a free bottle, all in 4 days! A big BRAVO for this commercial and environmental policy at the same time.

Practical and the water has a good taste

Very satisfied with my purchase but as I mentioned in my email of 07/18/23, it would be desirable that the black boxes have black plugs and not white ones. I have taken note of your response.

Simple and convincing system

Package received very quickly. I am very happy with my purchase which was recommended to me by my daughter, she has been a Lavie user for over a year. No more hassle of buying packs of water and a nice gesture for the planet!

Lavie is a useful purifier as it limits the use of plastic bottles as well as Brita cartridges or others. It's a nice decorative element for the kitchen. It would be interesting for LAVIE Bio to communicate more about their technical advancements, about the tests conducted on pesticides and other pollutants contained in drinking water, despite the best water treatment already carried out by the companies responsible for distributing it. The water produced with LAVIE is pleasant to drink.

I am very satisfied with my order. Products very well packaged, no breakage. The only downside, and not Lavie's fault but the delivery, Chronopost left my package behind my gate, without ringing, while I was home. But I compliment Lavie for their seriousness and I have already talked about this site to several people. You can trust them with your eyes closed.

We are delighted with our purchase. The water in the bottles does not have a chlorine taste, it's a bit harder than bottled mineral water but it's not bothersome at all. The big plus is that we no longer have plastic to throw away.
